Renardo pays particular attention to the protection of personal data entrusted to us when you browse renardo-tech.fr or interact with our services.
This policy describes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the processing operations we carry out, the data concerned, the purposes pursued, the recipients and your rights.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Renardo, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of EUR 30,000, registered with the Nantes trade register under number 943 876 359, whose registered office is located at Bâtiment B, 2B rue Auguste Lepère, 44100 Nantes, France.

2. Data collected and purposes
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Reply to a contact or demonstration request — last name, first name, professional email, phone, company, sector, message. Legal basis: pre-contractual measure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: three (3) years from the last contact.
- Newsletter — email, first name (optional). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: until consent is withdrawn.
- Audience measurement and site improvement — technical identifiers, pages viewed, device type, traffic source. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: thirteen (13) months maximum.
- Security and proper functioning of the website — IP address, server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: twelve (12) months.
- Lead follow-up and accounting obligations — professional contact details, exchanges, invoices. Legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation. Retention: ten (10) years for invoices.
3. Recipients
Your data is intended for authorised Renardo teams (sales, communication, management). It may be shared with our processors, acting on documented instructions and bound by equivalent obligations:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (EU regions Paris and Frankfurt); audience and performance measurement, subject to your consent
- Sanity.io — content management
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email and newsletter delivery
- Google Ireland Ltd — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), subject to your consent
No data is sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our processors are established outside the European Union. Any transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Cookies and trackers
The website places cookies and trackers only after obtaining your consent, with the exception of those strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the site. No audience-measurement tool is loaded before your consent. You can accept, decline or customise your choice, and change it at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
The consent cookie (“renardo-consent”) stores your choice for six (6) months, after which the banner is shown again. Audience and performance measurement, subject to your consent, relies on Google Analytics 4 together with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights; the resulting statistics are kept for a maximum of thirteen (13) months.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restrict processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object, in particular to processing for direct-marketing purposes;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after death.
You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@renardo-tech.fr, providing proof of identity. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or via cnil.fr.
7. Security
Renardo implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access: TLS encryption, access control, regular backups, logging of sensitive operations.

This policy may evolve to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The date of last update is shown below. We invite you to review it periodically.
